Qiana is a healthcare executive with an acumen for networking and has built a solid circle of business contacts from multiple industries. She has a strong nature for coaching, mentoring, and leadership. She has a very vigorous, determined, idealistic yet bubbly personality.
She obtained her BBA in Entrepreneurship & Management from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. She is a graduate of the prestigious Cyvia and Melvyn Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, the No. 2 Entrepreneurial Programs in the US. Having aspired to be an entrepreneur since the tender age of eight, she was finally able to make that dream a reality in 2010 when she formed Friendly Faces Senior Care. This agency provides private pay in-home caregiver services for seniors; ensuring that seniors can live independent happy lives in the comfort of their own homes and be able to age in place with dignity and grace. Friendly Faces Senior Care has been granted several awards including: Provider of Choice, Employer of Choice and the 2017 Top Home Care for Houston award.
Qiana is also the founder of The Doll Foundation, named after her late grandmother who was affectionately called “Mama Doll.” This foundation provides resources and education to caregivers and seniors in need of assistance. She currently serves on the board of Cap of Houston, The Perfect Connection, Cap of Pearland & the Pearland Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she is involved in several philanthropic endeavor throughout the City of Houston and surrounding areas.
Qiana has a strong spiritual foundation and volunteers many hours every month in the door to door ministry helping others to learn more about the Bible and drawing closer to God. She credits her religious background for keeping her grounded and maintaining a modest mindset.
She is 12 years married to her best friend and in her spare time she enjoys traveling, fine dining, relaxing and is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and “spa connoisseur.”

Angie was born and raised in the windy city of Chicago. After receiving her high school diploma, she enrolled in Harold Washington College, earning her certificate as a CNA. Wanting to further her education, she enrolled at the University of Phoenix and began taking online courses, earning her Associate of Arts. Angie has worked her way up starting as a CNA to Personnel Assistant to Recruiting Coordinator. Now, employed with Friendly Faces Senior Care, she is excited to be working as the Head of Office Operation. Angie has 17 years of combined experience in both the medical and home care fields. Amber received her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She taught school and then also worked a business from home, where she helped others, for 15 years full-time.Read More
She was in the Top 1% of leaders in that company and enjoyed teaching others how to have wellness, physically & financially. Having built that business one customer at a time, she understands the importance of customer service and satisfaction. It’s more about the relationship built, than anything. She has always been in a service-oriented career.
While working in healthcare, Amber met Qiana and knew from the moment they met, that she would love to work with Friendly Faces.
While raising her 3 daughters, Amber has been involved in many charities, raising money for noble causes. She also loves to serve at her church congregation as a greeter. She now serves as the Community Relations Manager for Friendly Faces and absolutely adores working with the seniors.

Originally from Beaumont, TX, Tabitha brings knowledge and enthusiasm along with customer service and sales experience. Growing up, she was deeply involved in track and basketball. She recently got engaged to her college sweetheart, Tyler, and has a yellow lab that keeps her on her toes. In her free time, she loves to work out, hunt, fish, and volunteer. Adrienne Turnbull is a graduate of HBCU, Texas Southern University with a Bachelor of Science focused in Healthcare Administration. Through the course of her career she gained experience in the Human Resources industry along with skills in payroll and reporting analysis. Laura is originally from Chicago and moved to Texas in 2006. She started her career in Healthcare working in Nursing Administration at a Chicago hospital. She discovered a passion for helping those in need of medical care. Laura attended Wright College to increase her knowledge as an administrative support specialist. Taylor has been a lifelong resident of the Greater Houston area where she is currently continuing her education and pursuing a degree in Nursing. While in the service he was trained in electronics. After an honorable discharge from the Air Force he worked for Xerox and IBM and then later started an office cleaning business before retiring. Although now suffering with Dementia, he still has his strong work ethic and presently volunteers at Friendly Faces serving as our client ambassador, engaging in activities, marketing & overall promoting advocacy for senior clients like himself.
